Chloe and I watched the opening game for the Chargers this weekend and she was sporting her new jersey onesie. We won thanks to her! LOL

I got board today and started to mess with one of Chloe’s pics. Remember the movie by Director Richard Linklater’s “A Scanner Darkly”? The whole movie was done in some weird cartoon like filter so I tried to do it with the picture.

The worst night I have had in a long time is tonight. We found out Chloe had a double ear infection on Thursday so like any normal parents we got an antibiotic from the doctor. The bad news is Chloe’s body didn’t seem to take to it very well. She developed a rash and seemed to vomit up most all of what we fed her. At that point Katy decided to call a nurse at the hospital to ask what we should do. We were told to bring her into the Children’s Hospital to have her looked at.

They did 3 tests on her. Blood, Urine, and … Spinal Tap. It was so hard to watch our baby in pain as they stuck the needle into her back but we made it through it. We hoped it would come back normal and we could take her home soon after. No such luck.

The doctors came back and told us her white blood cell count was to high and she had to stay for observation. The stay was going to be for at least 2 days. Katy and I thought it would be best if we left the hospital and went home for a little bit to get some sleep. At 1:20am we left our little baby in the care of the hospital staff but that was the hardest thing we have ever done. We had to comfort our selves as Katy and even myself cried as we walked away from her room all the way till we arrived at home. It is not the same with out her with us…

I miss her so badly right now its hard to even put it into words, but the only way I can keep calm is to keep my mine occupied with something. Anything. Around 6:00 am we will go back to her and see how everything is going. I will update this as soon as I have the time. Please keep Chloe in your prayers.

So Diana is pregnant but get this…. IT’S ANOTHER GIRL HA-HA-HA. So this now makes 4 girls for Diana, 2 for Chris and 1 for me. 7 girls for all now. WOW can anyone in this family break the vicious cycle we have going on here!? Well I guess we can have our own all girl softball team :lol:

Well Chloe has her first official double ear infection!! She has been a beast for the last few days, so I took her to the Dr when I noticed that she was tugging on her ears, and sure enough the were both infected. Have you ever tried to give medication to a feisty 8 week old that is stronger than you? It’s not fun or easy!!! Hopefully she will feel better soon so we start sleeping again.

Tomorrow Katy will be heading down to the docs to have a consult with the surgeon to find out if she can get admitted. The appointment is around 3:00 pm and I will be going with her. Its an outpatient surgery so it shouldn’t be to long a recovery or procedure. I will also be taking Friday off to help her out.

Her gull bladder has been so painful for her for the last few months. We hope after this is all over she can get some rest. If I hear anything new about it ill let you all know, and ill give updates on how her progress is after the surgery. For now just send your best wishes. Thanks.

Today Baby Chloe is 30 days old!! Time has gone by so fast, and she is getting really big. We had a Dr’s appt today, and Chloe is now 9lbs 12oz, which means she has gain exactly 3lbs in 30days, and has grown almost 3 inches. She loves to be held and talked to.
